I moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon and quickly learned this is a wonderful community to proudly call home.

While at Oregon, I competed in for the Ducks for 4 years on the Track and Cross Country teams and earned a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Exercise Science and minor in biology.

I also received a Masters of Arts in Teaching degree from Pacific University and have enjoyed being an educator and coach in the Eugene 4j School District.

My passion is working with people and I really enjoy helping others reach their own goals!

Hobbies include spending time with my husband, Rick, and our 3 children.  I am still an avid distance runner and coach and enjoy being part of the Eugene-Springfield community.  We also love cheering on the Ducks!
